Project Overview: The area of 82nd St. between Meridian St. and Spring Mill Rd. has been an area of focus for Gradison development over the past few years due to its popular location. The 8202 Kenwood lot (among others that Gradison owns) is currently on the market. I took the initiative to design a single-family home concept for increased marketability. My Role: I created all concepts and design developments while working closely with the needs and considerations of the Gradison sales team. The concept works within the narrow lot constraints, taking advantage of the outdoor areas with several porches and a patio. The home’s main floor features an open living plan, master suite, vaulted kitchen ceilings, and a flexible living area. The second floor includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft space, and a bonus room above the garage.
